I can't seem to get my baby pets to grown, and any non-creature handlers I sell pets I make to also can't get them to grow. The CSR told me to check the known issues, and they said to feed my pets, but my pets refuse food and say "your pet is not hungry". So how am I supposed to make my pets grow, and what should I tell the people who aren't even creature handlers?

Are you actively working with the pets to make them gain pet xp? They should grow with gaining pet xp now. Non-CH handlers can't make them get pet xp so I assume they will never grow in the hands of a non-CH ... ![]()

from what I understand from reading this forum, and from own experiances.
pets only grow through combat, as you gain xp the pet gains xp and "levels/grows"
non-ch's pets don't gain xp as you fight with them and hence does not grow.
I'm finding the new system a huge dissapointment myself, was going to make mounts for friends ect. but no way I'm going to spend days/weeks fighting with a lvl 10 pet ( yes I'm not an active hunter that spends every waking min slashing and dashing mobs =p ) just to get it big enough to mount.
IMO they should put growth back on a timer and just leave the levels as they are now...
EDIT: bah you beat me to it, should have pushed submit faster =p
