Thick Skin is an armor boost and Lightning Reflexes is a defence boost, so there is no stacking:

What you may want to ask is if Marring Storm and Frienzied Assaut stack.........

I think they do, but am not sure.

CM's are like nukes. You have them just incase you need them, but as soon as you start using yours the other guys start using theirs and everything goes to hell-PyschoticChipmunk -The First line of the Riflenomican.

Just an FYI...

Both Abilities do not appear to be working. A number of the Innate Abilities seem to be not functioning as intended and they do not seem to be modifing any of the intended pet stats, as observed when you teach the Ability to a BE'd pet, that lists the stat.

When I had my Lanternbird grouped with me , innate abeality Fleet Footed (L1), his status showed that he had the Fleet Footed (L1) effect. I'm not sure how fast Fleet Footed (L1) makes a pet, but I'd assume an accurate test can be made useing Fleet Footed (L3).

I noticed that the lanternbird was a bit faster than my mature reptilian flier, but it may have just been my immagination. Some abealities are hard to tell if their working or not.

Anyway, I think raising your pets health is better than double defence. Lightning Reflexes may make him harder to hit, but the real bulk of the damage absorbion would come from Thick Skin. I would sudgest a Vigerouse Health + Thick Skin combo for a tank-pet. Vigerouse Health + Agression for you Combat-CH looking for a good tank to hold off others. Either way, many combo's tend to have the same end results. Just gonna have to adapt your pet as you go to your needs. Having a BE pet will help emphasize on something like this.

Tri-Pet Example: 1 with high health and the abeality to hold the aggro, and the other 2 fore pure attack damage.
