Is there any atvantage in taming aggressive creature above non-aggressive?

You earn more CH xp by taming a vicious baby, I think. Anyone else can confirm ?

you're talking of a few points in taming. The big thing is that most of the better pets are aggressive once you progress up the ch skill tree a bit.
