What creatures are the ones that have a snaring attack?

Any Creature with Hamstring attack is what you want to look for.

Hamstring = Snare

umm ya hamstring attack and it works well obviously he didnt know what he was talking about or how well it does work by not knowing the difference between pinned and hamstring

The L1 on mynock was revealed to be a rather bad joke ... the "screenshot proof" of the L3 one I found rather amusing

Pdarts are better for the snare than the hamstring attack, IMHO, but then pdarts RULE.

Hamstring is one of the slightly less common "common" specials, both Tazz and Sio picked up hamstring L1 from flewts. Tazz picked up the L2 version from a gurnaset.

The elusive, perhaps non-existent pinning attack is supposedly a root, and thus HIGHLY desriable, especially if you're like Sio and are MBH working on MCH and don't have that particular state effect in your template's repetoire of specials. Given that the wire mesh trap, a root effect, is totally broken, this would indeed be a great special attack to teach your little state platform non-CH critter.

Phecnecine Darts should stack with Hamstring though, producing a nice slow.

Yeah hamstring is a Snare attack.. I got it on my Enraged Reptillian flier L2

By itself, it is, at least the L1 version. (Although with a little distance and rough terrain I can keep something from closing for quite some time.) But mixed with another snare such as phecnecine darts I imagine it will slow something pretty well.
