Thread: Thick skin and armor rateing

ok I heard that thickskin is a multiplier of armor rateing. if thats true, how do i tell armor rateing of my pet as it only lists defense rateing, not armor rateing.

i made some testing with the thick skin ability - i used the combat chat to see the damage reduction and the table in the AS forum to calculate the armoutr rating.
so far i found out:
CL58 desert gurreck charger:
without thick skin = 34% damage reduction = about 4000 armour rating
with thick skin L 1 = 42% damage reduction = about 5000 armour rating
so i guess TS1 gives a 25% boost to armour
CL70 reclusive shear mite:
without thick skin = 40% damage reduction = about 4800 armour rating
CL70 shear mite soldier:
with innate thick skin L 3 = 56% damage reduction = about 8000 armour rating
so i guess TS3 gives a 66% boost to armour (that's +66% from no TS at all)
i have to test the boosts u get from TS1 to TS2 to TS3 yet.
