BE made pets grow in the same way that wild pets do, it's just that they are naturally a tad bit smaller than their wild counterparts. This is why only the dewback and falumpaset that are BE made at CL10 will ever get large enough at CL10 to be mounted. Since you have CL22 and CL12, they should have no problems getting large enough to mount as long as you use them in combat and "roll over" their xp several times to make them larger. Don't forget to store and re-call your pets after they roll over xp to see their size increase. Ever so often after a roll over, store and re-call em and then try to train them and see if you get the "Train pet as a mount" option.

Ok thank you for the info... guess that means my cl70 kaadu that was given to me will get too big to mount as i train him.

I wish I knew the answer to that 100% for certain; I've heard some various things. Somewhere I picked up that anything over CL65 will get "too big" but then somewhere else I think I picked up that you could stunt growth and choose to keep the saddle? Then I think I've heard that after a point they just lose it automatically because they get too big. So I'm not really the one to ask on this one, lol Maybe someone else has some better experience or understanding of how mounts work when they're CL70 and get so large.
