Says it all since the mini patch I call a droid and it is in my space, and same thing with a mount. Now that mounts sporatically follow this ususally neceseates me using the Formations commands again.

It is quite embarrasing when you call them out at at a mission terminal to group for missions. I call out my R3 droid and my molted wrix and its quite a sight. Even when you move away from them, they walk right back into and onto you. It always turns a few head in crowded places like Coronet

Its been happening for a while with regular pets, in fact it happened another patch after they managed to get creatures to stay a few meters outside of the toons, they broke it. Now they are going to have to fix it, but I bet they'll break it again not long after they fix it a second time.

Pets have been standing on my head, and in each others space, since patch 6 I believe...Bloody Annoying

Here's a thought:

Would anyone object if the AI were written so that when you called a pet, it was automatically grouped with you and put into wedge formation?

Seems like it would solve a lot of this problem and eliminate a zillion keystrokes.
