So I checked the faqs, tried searching for it, i can't find anything that helps me with my problem so maybe you guys can help!
I just got a level 7 BE Bantha. I am trying to get some training xp. I am not grouped with it, I call it, out, send it to attack a level 15 mob. I heal it to keep it alive. I tried attacking the mob alongside my pet, and i let it go at it solo (minus the heals) and neither seems to be getting it any xp.
What am I doing wrong? I read that the xp can be bugged visually, still reading 0, and that I would have to store and recall my pet, and i did this, as well as rebooting galaxies, and I still have no training xp.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Meh are you serious? You mean this thing is a baby for life unless i get a CH to grind it?

I am serious, you have to have to be at least Novice CH for it to gain any exp. I don't like it either but thats the way it is.
Your only other option is to have another person who is a CH train it for a bit. Maybe a friend or perhaps hire someone willing to, might not be cheap. It shouldn't take to long depending on the level of the CH.
If you bought it for a mount, I would probably check around to make sure its mountable, many of the BE pets that don't grow to full size never get the ability to become mounts.Being that normal bantha's arelevel 18 to 20 or so you may not get it to grow big enough to be mountable. I don't know for sure but it wouldn't take too long for a CH to level it up and see.

Also, if you were hoping to have it as a mount, that won't be possible either.
The developer team has made it so that dewbacks and falumpasets are the ONLY BE pets that are mountable at CL10.

Dewbacks, falumpasets and brackasets can be mounts, the falumps and bracks can be mounts starting at CL 8 dewbacks only CL 10.

Sorry but we've tested andas far as BE mounts go onlyfalumps can be mounted below CL10 while dewbacks must be CL10. Bracks are no longer mountable even at CL10.

Fixed - another stealth nerf brought to you by the devs of SOE.

I have a question then. I am master BE master Ch. I just made a level 10 dewback but I can not train him mount> Do I have to fight with him so he gets exp first? or what?
