I will start the story from the beginning...
Yesterday I was helping a good friend grind some CH xp (he just started on novice CH). I lent him my taming bonus hat to aid him.
Later that night we decided for a change of scenario, and spend the rest of the night at The Warren. Of course I forgot to get my hat back - I'll get it later though.
Today I thought it was a good day - and every good day I go GPS hunting. I was headed out of Coronet when I remembered I didn't have my hat! I remember I thought that of course today I would find my baby and be with out my hat! And 5 minuttes later I stand face to face with a GPS...
I /tell another CH (T'cer) I met about my find and she says she's in Coronet and was heading my way to lend my her taming trousers!
Then she asks if I think Ill be alright until she arrives. Of course, I reply - I can handle myself. I knew that reply would come back and kick me in my behind!!
I dispose of the first GPS and await the repawn. It comes, and I send my pet in. I start shooting and the GPS break free and charge me down - clone (I didn't buff, usually don't have to).
Luckily T'cer arrives at the same time, and manages to 'lock' the spawn (by her presence) so I didn't riskdespawn.I tell her I would be right back and I was.
Back and the GPS was still there. I waste now time, call my pet and send it in. Then I discover that it had no health left - it was the same pet as before. I panic, call it back - but too late - GPS (the same as before) charge me and clone!
I manage to get back and we handle the rest of the respawns - no baby though.
Man, just shows what adrenalin can do.
Thank you T'cer for helping out though
