Just wondering what y'all do when you hunt a mission lair and if there are any tricks to increase your chances at a baby. After 300 Bull Rancor missions I'm getting really bored & frustrated. (Thank God for JTL)

nope sorry bro, theres no special way to tap a lair however if you are trying to find babies out of lairs not just running missions and taming what/if a creature comes out then dont take the missions. you have a GREAT chance of having a baby pop out if you find a natural lair (ie one that says "a dead log" and not "a graul mauler lair") so it willt ake a little extra time and you wont get money for it but if your hunting rancor babies your best bet is to go natural spawn style, well, at least i do because i havnt gotten a single baby rancor out of a mission

I do go looking for natural lairs while I run missions. I was just wondering if there were any tricks I'm mission to increase the creature spawns and give myself a better chance at a baby spawn.

best bet?
start on naboo, or tat. tame a kreetle or a chuba or something.
take two missions in different directions (at LEAST 300m apart, and preferably more).
go to the first mission lair. call the disposable pet you tamed before you started. train 'attack'.
target the lair from about 60m. tell the disposable pet to attack. it will run off to the lair and tap it, then go down in a flurry of defending rancors.
stay where you are, and store the disposable pet.
watch the lair spawn. if you get a baby to pop, tame it. if not, go to the other mission lair. DO NOT leave a pet, droid, vehicle, or other player in the area.
repeat the same process with the second lair. when it doesn't pop a baby, head back to the first.
assuming that no players or vehicles/droids/pets were within about 300m of the lair during your absence, it should be fully healed and reset.
if the lair doesn't reset, abort the mission and grab another.
you get a chance with the initial lair spawn, plus the tap-spawn, for a baby. you will NOT get the 1/2-lair-damage-spawn with this method (the less you interact with the lair, the better your chances for a reset of the lair).
use this method, and you can skim a LOT of lair spawns in little time... and combat skills aren't required.
