Thread: Giant Veermok?

I'm not sure if these are still tameable - I haven't heard any info either way, or found any babies on recent searches. Any info would be hecka cool.
For those curious: They're really tall, live in the mountains of naboo (3k-4k west of moenia). Decorative use only

Just tamed a second one last night to go along with Tiny. Only seen 2 babies in 2 weeks though, but wasn't really looking for them in particular either. Hope this helps

They are not that abundant, but by no means rare either. Usually you can get a baby to pop out of the lair.

My boyfriend finds lairs near the Emperor's Retreat often if that helps.

Greetings,
When searching for my Swamp Stalker, I ran into Giant Veermoks all over in the swamps east and west of Keren. I even ran into a random baby which spawned as part of a group.

Yup, I've seen giant veermok babies running around, begging to be tamed near my house E of Keren on Ahazi. Practically have to beat the litte buggers off with a stick sometimes.

Hi,
I've spent several days looking for a Giant Veermok baby with no luck. Any ideas where to find one? Suggested waypoints would be great. I'm on Lowca.

walk from theed to moinea.. your bound to come across one this way... I've also found that the veermoks tend to reside in the dense mountain regions of Naboo

I managed to find two last night.
The mountains between Naboo and Theed are a good place to start. In particular focus on the Western part of the planet. You're looking for a lair with several giant Veermoks around it, there will also be other types of Veermok, but make sure you see at least one giant.
Kill all the stuff around the lair and wait for a baby to spawn.

I found two last night also. After readying your post I went and searched for them to see how hard it was, and I found two of them on my first attempt. On the map of Naboo notice the mountain range that runs west to east. Look in these mountains. Here are the waypoints where I found the Giant Veermoks:
-1909, -1706 and 1991, -2401
One waypoint had a lair and I had to fire at the lair to get the baby to come out. The other waypoint had no lair but I killed all the veermoks and a couple Giant adult veermoks and eventually a baby spawned in after I I went through this about five times, of killing all the Veermoks.
Hint, if you come up to an area that has alot of Veermoks walking around but you DONT see a Giant veermok amongst them, you probably wont find one there, even if there is a lair.
The two I found, had Giant adult veermoks already walking around.

Last week I picked one up N.E. of Keren about 2200 meters out along the lip of the ridge that traverses that area. There was one Giant and several smaller Veermoks.

how can something live between naboo and theed? do the giant veermoks live in the thin layer of dirt underneath all that duracrete?? lol... just messin with ya.
