Ok,

I've done a quick search an couldn't find anything on ot so ...

Artesians get usage XP (or are soposed to) when people eat/use/equip items they have made, so why do we not get CH xp when people use/ride/kill stuff with pets we have tamed/trained?

Just a thought.

Well, ask the devs...

Why don't we get exp for attacking lairs with pets either?

Ok now I gotta chime in on this because as a new novice CH I immediately saw this bizarre set up and I can't for the life of my figure out why the devs would have thought allowing us to get CH xp from lairs would be bad. I mean... we get fairly minimal CH xp to begin with if we're hunting "for real" (using strongest pet we have) as opposed to grinding (using lowest CL pet we can keep alive.)

Lately I've just been wandering around Naboo sinding Nago my CL 14 boar wolf in and we just knock off mob after mob of low level spawns (chuba, ikopi, hermit spider, etc.) It's not flashy and doesn't pay well, but it's the safest way to make fast CH xp for me right now Sorry, kinda got off topic there hehehe...

Off topic or not. You are soo right. Isn't it stupid that i (had) to grind up my way to master ch with my lvl 15 slice hound? I mean who would use the higher level ones you get meanwhile if the xp you get is dropping rapidly to 1 per kill?

And another thing that came to my mind, did anyone ever noticed how fast the xp for ch skills rises??? 17k -> 52k -> 87k -> 140k (???) In comparison to other profs with 150k (175k) -> 250k -> 350k -> 450k

If you apply the ch multipliers tothose other profsyou would get something like: 150k (175k) -> 450k (525k) -> 675k (787k) -> 1080k (1260k). Well, when i see those numbers i get a bad feeling in my stomach... But i guess there is a real good reason for that.

Well along time ago you use to get CH xp for lairs, I can't even remember if it made it out of Beta though??
