Thread: Is the CURB THIS stupid?

say im walking through coronet....and some guy( one of those UBERpvpers who think they own the world)starts saying crap or soemthing and wants to duel...now...i have a kimogila thats level 68 and has 12k/11k/12k stats....good resists energy and kinetic r like 50-60. dmg like 540-550 will i b a PvP god now? i mean they way people are talking about those scary and uber not to mention tuff as nails....chubba's.... will i b unstoppable....cuz if this is true i think that the CU will b pointless...not trying to trash the devs but how hard is it to balance us? in the current system we have they could jsut add some mods to our stats...like say something called Natural Defense and give our pets secondary stats...and make it so we can store pets while buffed.....and fix the damn auto store....i believe that if they did that then we would basicly b balanced with the rest of tho profs...i like the fact and i can solo high end mobs...tho i do believe that somethings shouldnt be soloed....krayts area perfect example...if they would make doc buffs not so uber we could b balanced and dull down armor we wouldnt b so uber and it would b balanced....correct me if im wrong about this....i dont undertsand why we are having the combat upgrade....

Actually, most of the time the UBER pvpers who think they own the world don't turn out so uber. Sounds like a good kimo you have there, good stats for a high level one, and even though they will be fixing the creature thing which is making chubas stronger than krayts, after the CU it should give people a run for their money. one on one that is.

Dont think our pets will be like that, remember like weapons they are directly effected by our combat level, or so i am lead to believe. unlike wild creatures who give damage upon our level I think our pets are more geared to our combat lvl and give damage in correlation, so its kinda like having 2 guns equipped and firing but since ourdefenses will be from one combat profession we will take twice the damage of a pure pvp template.
So a smart pvper will go for us and unless we can get the first strike in its gonna be close lol. actually the line of sight thing should work in our favor if we use big pets. since they will deliver damage even though the ch and the oponent might be blocked by em. hmmmm
its all hypothetical and the reality might be totally different, again time shall tell

There is a way to use a PvPer's smartness against them though. If you get the right combo of 3 pets, you can have ones which can spam dizzy, intim, stun, and blind, so while the person is hitting you they'll be wondering "Hey, why did my DPS just shrink by half from the instant application of all the state effects?" thusly leaving the only special you need to worry about being KD. unless you have double posture downs in your pet combo, in which case you might just have to do nothing but walk up and start whacking on the guy who should be flat on the ground by now. with all the specials applied at once to one person, DPS is slaughtered, and all because they didn't pay attention to your pets

. Besides, some of what I do in PvP is much different than what you do, your take on things is probably better :/.

Well it does take most people 6+ months of searching to find one and I found mine in 45 minutes. So I must obviously be the most skilled person here...................
