Yes ,guys and dolls, we've been sold out. Lucas Art (George Lucas) has sold us out for the almighty buck. The saga is over so he feels that in order to get his money out of it he must alienate the few in order to attract the many. Microsoft's new gaming console will be the new platform for SWG. The man many have admired for 3 decades has played the judas goat. We got suckered and excited about Mustafar, "Gosh", we thought "They are listening to us! Wookie World was a mistake! Aberrant behavior." No, gentle readers, they have not been listening to us, they have been placating us. We have been kept in the dark about the BIG PICTURE. We never saw it coming. It IS about the money, a sad but true event that happens more frequently then we can imagine. I hated the CH nerf, but I stuvk with it. I despised the CU, but still kept hope they would see the error of their ways. I was excited about the SL changes and the CH changes, Bandaids on sucking chest wounds. After 2 years of rollercoastering, I am done. In total I have now canceled 7 accounts since the CU. I will miss the comraderie from the guilds that I have been part of. But I refuse to play a console game on my computer. I will miss the hunting, quests, and tom foolerie this game has inspired, but after the 15th it will no longer be the game I started with. No more grinding professions until you find the one that suits best. No more creatures, no more true crafting., no more checking the forums to see what color i am, no more listening to Tiggs lying to us, no more buying expansions that are a disguise for a platform change. For those of you that play Guild Wars, maybe I will see you there, and now that there is $105 dollars back into my budget, maybe I will get City of Heroes.
