My voritor lizard, razor, has been my most trustworthy pet over GSPs and all sorts of things at his level. Is having 3 out at master worth it? or is it better to have a CL 70 with some higher resists?

The question has come up before, though the type of pet changes. Last time it came up, the responses were split between those preferring 2 CL35-ish pets and those preferring one monster pet.

My personal preference is 2 in the 30-40 CL range. The more resistant one is my main tank, with the backup pet adding firepower or switching to adds. Unfortunately BE'd pets are far superior to natural ones right now, and while I love my twin mountain squills they see much less action than they used to. My combat profession is rifle, so hanging back while the tanks hold aggro is what I do.

The one monster pet arguments were mostly ease of control, if I remember correctly.

Dunno, I am just a Pack Master kind of person, I feel naked without my two hounds at my side.

I have to partially agree with you.. Though I cant comment about the master part, I can say that I loved my voritor pet and that would just look cool to see three out at once... almost makes me want to take up CH again...nah

I have found in certain situations with lairs that have creatures that do dizzy posture down will do this and then break engage and aggro me. I cant use two pets yet but when I can I am gonna try to use two on these types of creatures and see what happens. A good example are bordok mares on endor. As soon as she puts my gurrcat in the down state, she comes runnin after me!
