Thread: (baby bull rancor) sighting

TodayI saw a person who had a baby bull rancor. He mentioned he tamed it while doing his 122 bull rancor mission and it spawned on the second wave. It was not fully grown, its HAM when i examined it was about 5k at the time andhe said it would grow to over 12k and its CH lvl was 65. Can anyone confirm this becauseI have not seen one of these in a very long time if ever.

well im at lair 312 and i still have yet to see one out of any of those lairs. though my friend FuzzyTeddy tamed one in late February.
I dont think I'll ever get one...its sad that i'll probably open my FS slot before I find a baby bull rancor

Well, I'm happy and "unhappy" to hear this. Happy because I've been after the stupid thing so long I'm beginning to doubt its continued existence. Almost thought they were removed in the last publish. But this reassures me that I'm after something that exists...
Unhappy because I'm insanely jealous. Pushing month 4 of my Bull Rancor hunt, with over 300 (I stopped counting at 300 because I said I'd stop there. Unfortunately, I can't) lairs destroyed. All this is definitely not making me look forward to the Great Plains Stalker hunt. But that's the last rare on my list to be tamed :/. I think I'm going to take a very long break after I get a Bull Rancor.

They are out there to be tamed.

After about 300 or so mission I had one pop up - I couldn't get over it finally a cute little Baby Bull Rancor.
However, my joy soon turned to horror as a bunch of Nightsisters spawned and not only killed me but killed the baby I was trying to tame. :-(
The mission grind continues.. I've lost count now of how many and I'm beginning to think I will never tame one.

sad to think that before CH was even a thought in my mind i slughterd a baby bull rancor....... now i look back in sorrow cause my serch for the bull rancor it seems will never end=(

I am on 300+ myself. Gave up for a bit and went for a couple of the other rares. I have a Mantrigue Screecher and a Rhoa Kwi Pack Leader now, which is great! But I still want a gosh darn Bull Rancor, so I am going back to the grind again tomorrow hehe.

Same here, i was just cruising around Dath as a novice CH, and I spotted a yellow dot mixed with the reds of Bull rancors. I still tried to tame it even though i wasnt even close to the skill needed.
