Hi guys and gals, I wanted to first of all ask if any of you knew of any wild pets that have knock down specials.
And secondly whether you had had much success in getting the KD to work with any regularity?
I used to be a master Creature Handler for over 6 months, but dropped it after picking up TKA and realising just how gimped pets were. I now have some skill points free and I'm wondering whether it's worth picking up CH again for the creature specials... I know they didn't work too well when I Was a CH.
How do they work now?

you can searchfor all creatures with a KD special, though if you're TK you'd like crippling strike better - its a posture down attack, so if they're dizzy it has a chance to KD them without setting the KD timer

Thanks for the info!
I'm a rifleman so I think having a pet with a KD attack would help if a TK was getting too close. Or if I needed an advantage over another ranged user. That all depends on how often the attack sticks of course.
I plan to not bring my pet into combat until needed so it doesn't get owned until I ened the attack

I haven't gotten knockdown to work on command yet.
Knockdown:
Mountain Dewback
Grand Wrix
Huurton Huntress
Cripplestrike:
Gurreck
This is all I have in my datapad at the moment with these attacks. I haven't had any work on command, but I also haven't used it much, as these guys are for special targets. I will keep an eye out. This is one special I would like to have with my Rifle also.
