If you are neither a wookie or ithordian and dont have the proper taming clothing.........no you caint. Although you should have been able to tame a youth hmmm................. this might sound like a stupid question but witht he waves of /respec MCHs we've gotten lately this has been a fairly common problem. Are you taming babies or are you walking up to a full grown rancor and trying to tame it?

Yes it has happened to me a few times. I have been able to though, the bug seems to be very tempremental & I haven't tamed enough creature to see a pattern...

I usually find an easy creature to tame before I spend hours search for the pet I want. If it says "you cant tame" that I just dont bother & try next time I log on.
