Creature Handler Archive

Well Im 1100 into CH and i need some good pets to help me lvl up. Today I was on and i had a MCH tame a Malkoc for me. I didn't even try to tame one it seemed that it was a very high Creature. When He transfered i tto me i was able to take it out. It was lvl 22, at 2 rigt now. I was Able to take it out. Before I had A lvl 18 pet and it was at lvl 1 an di couldn't take it out. Is my max lvl there highetr then 16 or is it at 16.
