Good catch, Cactus_Jack.

LucasArts released exclusive screens of both Cu-Pa and Bantha to two of our fan sites today. I don't think the other one has posted theirs yet.

Hey Q, will the Wasteland Cu Pa variant be mountable? I've been keeping him in my dpad since July for that reason

Somehow I doubt they run any faster than any other mount.

Will non CH's be able to use one? or will this just be another CH only mount boon?

Are there any cupas (and banthas, for that matter) below level 10? I don't spend much time on tatooine, but i don't recall seeing any. If not, will the devs be adding new variants for non-CHs?

I also wonder how the speeds compare. The cupa looks like it would be fairly fast, but maybe not quite as good as a spat/kaduu. The bantha would seem quite slow to me, probably slower than a falumpaset.

Bio-Engineers can create both these types of creatures, so I assume they could use junk DNA to bring it as low as possible.

I dunno... they sure move pretty fast when they're chasing me across the desert!

you could also just turn in a CL 11 cupa to a CH trainer and it should reduce to a CL 10 variant. would be the same system as the CL 15 pet turn in.

To Upgrade something implies that you are adding too, enhancing, and fixing the thing that you are upgrading. The CU does not do this, it is not adding too, enhancing, or fixing the combat system that is in place, it is replacing the innovative SWG system with the generic one used by its competitors. Be honest and stop calling it the CU, Call it the CR (combat replacement) instead

Ummm.....

This might not work. What would the CL 11 cu pa be turned into? A kwi, perhaps?

The turn in program transformed cowardly gurrecks into lesser sludge panthers. Two totally different body types.

The thing with mounts, is the body types are specified. You can mount a humbaba because it's basically the same thing as a falumpaset, but you can't do this with a bagaraset, because the body type has some subtle differences that don't allow the saddle/livery graphics to be on a bagaraset.
