Hello all,

Played the game from launch but quit fairly early on as there was no real content at the time. I recently resubscribed and there have been a "lot

" of changes. I seem to have a lot of problems with the pets in my datapad. Most are unable to call due to invalid stats and some that are invalid have an option to fix current level/fix stats but when i use this it never works and comes up with an error. So bascally i cant use any of my old pets

. Interestingly enough though is there is a razor cat at level 0(1) that i can call and it has 7k+ ham but 0 to hit etc (was a biopet made by my other char). The only decent pet i have left that can be called is an old gaping spider hunter which is now cl69, but i hate spiders.

Not sure what to do really. The game has changed a great deal and i foundnow i amgetting wiped out by dragonets etc which i thought were level 24?ish while my character is alledgedly cl 66 (would have been 80 but i dropped MCarbine before i quit to try rifle), i did have a pet grouped with me at the time so not sure if this affected anything. Im thinking of taking the new respec into a class i can play easily since all my old fav pets are unusable and i have no clue whats going on with creature handling nowadays.

I feel like i might as well have bought the account off ebay, i have no clue how to play the game anymore. Same goes for my Master bio eng/Master doc second account.

So do you think its worth me perservering with CH? ive been browsing the forums and it seems soloing with pets isnt very good compared how it used to be. All i keep reading is MBH/MCM is the only way to go to solo decently and jedi of course. I liked the ability to solo farm in the old days as i dont like depending on others to enjoy a game, sure its a plus to group with friendsbut i like to be able to get on by myself well also.

Almost worth just making a new char than reading reams and reams of info on the stickies, i want to play again not get bored and quit again And its not all accurate as i said i can use a 0(1) pet with no problems calling it, whereas the sticky says it should no longer happen. Just a few helpful answers wouldnt be too much to ask would it? Anyways no worries i think ill just respec to something easier to play.

There is alot of info in those stickies bro. It only takes a few minutes to read most of the new info on CH. Some of the pets got hosed during the upgrade, not really a big deal. The profession was changed a bit for balancing purposes. I still have alot of fun with it myself. You can delete the ones that you can't call. They are pretty much useless.

Again, I do recommend reading those important items. I found info that i wouldn't have known about otherwise.

Aye i agree. I have browsed them and there is a lot of good info there, didnt mean any disrespect to the first replier but i guess i was looking for a couple quick answers. Unfortunately it seems whether i respec or not i got a lot of learning to do. I had my main char as the MCH with a second account as MBE and MDoc to support him. Was ideal making pets for myself and with a tailor friend crafting some nice +clothing. The amount of time it took to max all those profs was a lot and especially in the case of master bio eng so much has changed im not sure i want to go back to that. Was a very frustrating profession at that time probably still is.

Anyways thanksfor the heads-up.

Don't mind Joker, he's our regular "read the stickies" poster when anyone pops in and ask stuff that can be found in the stickies. As you can imagine answering the same questions over and over again does tend to get on your nerves so its easier for us and better for you to Read The Stickies. Saves you getting grief off the regulars and also stops you looking like you can't be arsed to read them.
