Just a tip, I found mine almost in the middle ofthe Moisture Farmer spawn points for the Hermit's Quest. With all of the traffic in the area looking for this NPC, a lot more spawns tend to pop up.

That's a good point. I have encountered the moisture farmer in my main search are, probably a dozen times without exaggerating.
