If a pet has been incapped what can currently be done to restore its vitality ? Can it be fully repaired ? How much are med packs to do this ? approximately. I thnak u for your help

Yes, you can repair vitality. No, you can not repair to 100%. The vitality packs, if you can find them, are made by BE's. The price varies by how much vitality they can repair and server. You should know that the pet's stats are not affected until it reaches 75/100. If you have a pack that can restore 20 vitality you would wait till you are around 85/100 to use it. Like repairing a weapon or armor it is random and you can have a pet go from 98/100 to 95/100 after repair if you get a bad roll.
