this isn't a rant just a statement.
The deves have made it clear that nothing is going to undergo serious changes untill JTL is released.
The combat revamp
Smuggler Revamp.
GCW fixes
You get the idea.
my statement is purely and simpley this:
given all this knowledge is there really any point to doing anything possibly even playing the game untill all the known issues are fixed? What would happen if everyone just said,"ok since you aren't going to fix anything I will put a ton of creds into my structures (maybe 6 months worth) and take a break untill I see the patch notes that I want to see"
This does not apply to CH only I am speaking in general terms, however I think I will get well thought out responses by posting here.

Well, fist the max you can put into a structure is 100,000 credits, which I believe is 3 months.
But I've asked myself the same question ever since I resubscribed.

Well I haven't played long so there is still a lot to do and learn. I think the thing that makes it most boring and pointless for a lot of people is the low risk this game offers with buffs and over the top weapons and armor. Try getting a couple of friends and going after things slightly above your abilities. Use strategy and planning to try and accomplish things without all the enhancements. I know it makes things a lot more fun when I'm working together with my friends.
If you don't have or use it I strongly recommend a chat program like team speak, talking to the people you have played with a while teaches you a lot more about them and the chatter when things are popping can get pretty funny.
