1. How long does it take for a baby creature to grow up?

2. Is there a way to make it grow faster?

3. Does it grow in the datapad ..or does it need to be outside?

4. Does feeding, playing with it, having it fight affect how it grows up?

1. Seems to vary. 1 day to a week is normal. This last week my pets were growing 2 levels a day. (only days I logged in though)

2. Not that anyone has been able to reproduce.

3. It appears to work for me if it is only in the datapad or outside. If you do have to take it out, only a second or two seems sufficient.

4. Does not seem to.

well i have been playing heavely the past 3 days and bought a bantha for a mount.... it was level 1 (9) and in 2 days of heavy playing it is level 9 and fully grown...... i think the amount of you playing will dirrectly affect how fast your pet grows...

I am not a man. I began as one, but each being that i change...makes me more then a man, as you will witness.
I am the Dragon, and you call me insane. You are privy to a great becoming... but yet you recognize nothing. You are an ant in the afterbirth. It is in your nature to do one thing correctly. Before me you rightly tremble. But fear is not what you owe me, you owe me awe.

The lower the CL of a creature the slower it appears to grow until it gets a growth spurt near the end especially on creatures at or below CL10.

On my 3 day weekends back when I had quite a few babies in my possession, I would see them go through 2 growth cycles in the same day. I theorize that it is on a 18 to 36 hour cycle depending on the max CL and the creature (just a theory).

It will grow in the datapad, however you must be logged in for a bit each day for it to register a growth cycle. I am not sure how long you must be in game for this to happen. When I got my screecher he wasn't full grown until about 3 weeks after I got him as I only logged in about 6 times during those 3 weeks. I took a big break after getting him. I think I logged in about 15 times over a 9 week period.

The current system does not force any interaction with your pet that would help in its growth. It is stated that a pet cared for and played with can sometimes outgrow its wild counterparts, I don't remember where it says that. I know that one variation of Womprat/ScavengerRat will grow huge, and the Gaping Spider Recluse grows larger as a pet than in the wild.

I hope this helps.
