yea its a pre-bio engineered revamp pet deed.

around over a year ago bio eng. had a revamp, pets prior to this could be made much higher than lvl 70, that pet deed you see is probably non-tamable since it would probably pull something closer to 90 cl

today it is an oddity and good for conversation.

it is also possible if it could be tamed, that it would be a lvl 0/1 pet. these are still around, usually seeing the secondary (stamina, strength...) stats is how you can seperate them from todays be pets.

Just as a side note It appears that those CL0/1 pets will attempt to adjust to their proper CL during a trade now. I observed a former CH with a CL1 rancor try to trade it to another player who received the "you have no chance of controlling that pet" message. Not confirmed, just observed.

a while ago there was a shift in that they could only be controled by a nov ch, non ch cannot use the lvl 1 pets anymore
