Yea, I mean, I'm sure the devs know what they are doing. Publishes to this game would -NEVER- be released prematurely.

The server will be called TC-EP3. It'll be a brand new server, and from the sounds of it, won't have blue frogs until later stages of testing.

Sorry for a non-CH stepping in here, (though I'm thinking of going CH after the CU with one of my characters), but I just wanted to say I think this is a case of the devs not having a choice. They're likely being told they must release Rage of the Wookiees when they are, and I think it only makes sense that ROTW was designed with a post-CU world in mind, rather than just adding a bunch of new stuff to rebalance in a few weeks. There's also the fact that they'll probably be getting tons of new players with Episode III coming out, and I'm sure the suits think there'll be further retention if the CU is already out, not realizing the bugs will likely hurt more. (Of course, there's also the consideration that they do know that this is going to be seen as an 'uber-nerf' by a large percentage of the population, and they want to keep the new players coming in from Revenge from seeing this.)

ummm I was under the impression that the TC was open beta for the CU this time around and I thought they even said they would place it on open beta on TC but I could have read it wrong, either way this is better as it cuts down on the gloom&doom period of waiting lol

ROTW is going to have a 'closed' beta for pre orders just like JTL (at least thats what they PROMISED in the marketing for ROTW).
