Sorry, I am in shock,
We are having a discussion, I went to look for the message line, and it had been deleted. GONE POOF.
I had just posted to it. They took it off. I am in shock. Freedom of speech is apparently a dead issue on SOE forums.
I guess this means that CH is about to get whacked again. We can't even talk about a poll, or an idea about anything that might make the Devs, Vert, or TH have a bad weekend, this is so sad. Meagor, Pluto et al good luck.

Censorship is unfortunate in any format. I would rather the thread be locked with an explanation but....I'm not a mod.
BTW, what is also unfortunate is that Pluto made some rather disparaging remarks about my posts that were patently untrue. I would appreciate an apology Pluto. I was in the process of posting when the thread was deleted.

Don't forget that this is an SOE sponsored and paid for forum. You post here subject to the favor of SOE. They don't delete very often. Overall I would say SOE is fairly tolerant. After all, I think they would like to hear customer input here than have it go elsewhere where it is out of their visibility andcontrol.

Look Pluto, your characterization of my last posts were untrue, unfair and certainly unwarranted. I was under the assumption I was having a friendly and spirited discussion with other passionate CH. However, your last post really was over the line. If you refuse to apologize for your INCORRECT characterizations then I am done.

The real shame is not only are we in the minority Preacher but apparently we have no right to say we are displeased. Because displeasure can be seen as trolling things are deleted. So one in and logical format has to assume the justaposing emotion of pleasure is trolling. It can bait those who are displeased. From this perspective I will personally start reviewing threads for signs of happiness. I will not be mad angry by happy people. Make your comments sterile or face the purge.

Apologize for what meagor? I am not displeased with you. If I cannot be displeased then I must be on your side. If I am on your side I cannot be wrong. And if I cannot be wrong then I certainly will not apologize for being right.

Look you know what you said. Repeating your last post will get this one deleted also. I never once said that a minority was evil....never once did I imply that. Never once did I ever bring up your heritage, racial issues or anything remotely close to that. Your inability to grasp how your last post was an unfair and unwarranted characterization of my previous posts tells me that you are not the least bit objective. You have lost all credibility with me....I'm done.

let me refresh what you did bring up. "The majority wins and the minority must suffer. It is the American way". I merely pointed out counters, Rosa Parks, Dr. King, and Lech Walesa. If you hit a button with calling me un-American maybe that was not your intention. But if you use natialism as your argument be sure you know who you are talking too. I have lived as a suppressed citizen. I have fought for my country as my father and his father before him. The slave wars are a reality to me. The suppression of what I say is a reality. I think in many ways, what I said was an honest objection to being called uneducated on the American process.
If you want an apology, I apologize that I allowed you to stir the proper response to being called unAmerican and a deservedly suppressed minority.

You are a piece of work. NEVER ONCE did I ever call you unAmerican or try to supress anything you said. You have AGAIN misconstrued my words based on your own emotions.
The minority in America do suffer, not because of their heritage but because they have to live with something they don't believe in. However, that is the way it works. When I say minority, I'm not referring to anybodies heritage, race, creed, color or anything like that. There was a vote...there is one group in the majority and another in the minority.
YOU brought heritage into this, YOU though I was calling you unAmerican (when I most certainly was not), YOU have been misconstruing and misunderstanding my posts all day long and I'm seriously sick and tired ofit. YOU are the one that seems to have an inability to discuss the issues and instead allow your emotions to take over. YOU most certainly do owe me an apology.

Well like you said minorities have to deal with things. When I feel I have wronged someone I apologize. You are in the minority. And you most certainly did not explain it that way. You said this is America, minorities suffer and are oppressed deal with it.
I pointed out that not all Americans "deal with it" some believe in revolution. I threw Lech Walesa in there to show you it is not just an American idea of freedom, but that everyone deserves a voice. No matter how feeble. If you do not believe that then you are doing well as a suppressor of truth, justice and the American way (since you brought it up).
