For some strange reason the installer for SWG test center is gone from my SWG directory.

Coincidence??

yea mine was gone too

i had an old swg folder I saved to disk from last year, actually have a few lol. saves time when I need to reinstall for whatever reasons.

anyways I used the old file from that folder

wonder if I can send it to ya?

sent ya an email with the shortcut to test

it seems a basic shortcut with a comment added for the client to run in test mode

hope it works for ya

You should just be able to click the "Test Center" button on the normal client's launchpad as well. Have you tried that?

if Vert's idea doesn't work check the shortcut i sent you and make sure its path is the same as your swg folder

mine was

c:\program files\swg

maybe you installed it to a different directory?

did a quick search found some info this may help

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Open your Start Menu and select "Run"

type: Regedit and press Enter

Go to : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Apps Paths\StarWarsGalaxies

Right click on TestCenterPath in the right hand window and select "Delete"

Thank you for posting, do you have the Test Center installed to a different Directory then the live version of SWG? The default location for the live version of SWG is C:\Program Files\StarWarsGalaxies while the default location for TC is C:\Program Files\StarWarsGalaxiesTestCenter. If so then try copying the files from the live version SWG folder and paste a copy of those files in the TC folder.

Try copying all of the files from the StarWarsGalaxies directory and paste them into the StarWarsGalaxiesTestCenter directory as both the live version and the test center version use many of the same files. Then start up the TC launchpad and run a Full Scan.
