Creature Handler Archive

I'm still working my way up through CH (3,2,2,2) and often use young pets to fight as they obviously get more XP for relatively simple kills, but they seem to get even more when I'm not grouped with them. Is this right? I thought you were meant to get a little extra XP (5%?) when actually grouped.
