Can someone tell me how you can sell a pet via a vendors? I see that some vedors do sell them. Do you have to be a CH in combination with Merchant profession?

You cannot sell tamed pets from vendors. What you are seeing are BE-created pet deeds.

The pets on vendors are usually BE crafted pets and have not yet ben tamed or trained. I wasn't aware of anyway to place a "wild" pet on a vendor.

Dissapointing to hear CH can't sell via vendors. Well ok, life of a CHisn't easy.

Its is dissapointing that a CH pet can't be sold from a vendor, but at the same time I don't think I have ever actually sold a pet off of my own vendor. The majority of the pets on my vendor are aimed and Non-ch, but due to the nature of BE pet deeds they need to go on the vendor untrained. Which is off putting for the average non-ch as it means they then still have to find someone to train the beast. My vendor mostly just acts as a place for me to store pets until someone professes an nterest in them. Then I deliver and train them.

Someone else came up with a clever way to sell real pets via a vendor a while back - I have not tried it, but it makes sense to me...
Simply craft something you CAN make (like a tent or whatever) and write down the item's serial number. Make sure you name it something like "NON-CH MOUNTAIN KREVOL" (or whatever pet you want to sell). When you lis teh tent for sale, sell it for 6000 credits and add in the description that this tent can be traded to you in person for the pet it was made for (by name) plus how ever many extra credits you want.
Say you are selling it for 10000 credits, you would say - bring this tent to me with 4000 credits in the next two days and I will trade the pet to you. Make sure you limit the amunt of time you will wait otherwise you will get stuck holding a bunch of non-ch pets.
