I was wondering if the Varactyl is tamable as a MCH? I didnt download RotW and I really want one?

Nope, if you didn't download, only way to get one is to buy it of someone who did...

The level 10 Vacactyl is available via the Digital Download, as a bonus.

There is a mission on Kash... That a Master CH can get a Level 65 Vacactyl. A Much better pet.

Ah, but the mission is only available if you've downloaded ROTW I believe....
