first off i want to say sorry if this has already been posted... secondly... the problem...

it seems that i did not get any XP for the last election and I'm wondering if...

1) the game hates me and enjoys throwing crap like this in my way just to torment me... (i would take this one cuz this isnt the first time crap like this has happend)

or 2) you HAVE to be online while the city advances to get the XP... if it is the latter... THAT REALLY SUX!!!! my city updated at 6:30 am EST today... i consider myself a lil too hardcore with this game but to have to be up that early (or late) just so i can get XP for my city is just a lil too insane for me...

oh well whatever help you all can give would be very nice... and once again sorry if this has already been posted...

There is a stickied post by Plinka about this very issue. Keep in mind that the fix is approximately a week long wait at this point.

does anyone know why my CH xp would suddenly stop accumulating at only 20k? i've tried everything, and the creatures it helps me kill are of equal or higher combat levels

The next patch is supposed to address the issue.

CH xp for Novice is currently capped at 20k. It's broken and the Dev's know it. A fix is on TC

I have been a politician for 3 and a half months now and have still not mastered yet i am a mayor of a metropolis on bloodfin server with more than 180citizens and yet i am just a meesly 2323 politician. Is this about right or is there a problem?

I try to get them to vote best i normally get is about 7-15 votes every update

you can probably do a quick calculation to see if your numbers add up (and they should). mayors get 750xp per week, and every 3 weeks (or so, subjected to downtime delay) you get 300xp x number of votes you get in those 3 weeks.

^^^^yeppers there's your problem. Doesn't matter how many citizens you have if they don't vote. 350xp per vote is paltry, tell you what.

I've been mayor of a cityfor like 6 months and it looks like i'll get master next cycle.
