I was an old school CH from around release. I dropped it after about a year. I'm about to unlock another character slot and want to go back to it. I've been toying with the idea of MCH/MCM for awhile now. I read up on it and see that it is good for PvE. I'm interested if anyone has tried this for PvP. I know you'll drop quick if you get attacked but in mass PvP it can be hard to find the MCH. Also, I can have decent heals and such as my pets attack. Thanks for any advice.

my bro had that template, he used the rest of his pts to get what he could in ranged, and he was sick. im a melee stacker on one charactera and a bh/ch/cm on the other and he would romp me in duels, ive seen him eat jedi for lunch....u can do so many debuffs that 1vs1 its nearly impossible for them to get u or your pets health to a dangerous range when u kite the melee or just dot and dash on the ranged...its a sick template for sure

Thanks,

with cm/ch you have no defenses. a good non jedi or jedi will kill you faster then you can heal

guess its how u play it, with the cm debuffs they dont hit anywhere near as often as they could otherwise, and with the electrolite drain or w/e that is, they cant get near u either. it lasts ages, and on the off chance that they DO get near u...pull pet back, paralyze , heal, sit and regen mind/action, go have a pizza and take a dump, then come back and kite smore. I never saw my friend lose a 1v1 fight with that template. there were however a few draws.

I'm very hopeful that this template will be viable in solo pvp even verses jedi with fully leveled pets in the new system. one piece of advice I can offer is this: seek out pre CU BE pet deeds with 9k health and damage range of 150 min to no more than 290 max damage.... these convert by level just fine in the new system and have higher min damage than the best made BE lvl 70 critters do now. in pvp your pets no matter their lvl will do min damage minus mitigation verses a lvl 80 player. I was lucky enough to find 2 pets that converted to lvl 33 and 35, both have 160-180 damage and the lvl 33 has 6k health while the lvl 35 has 9750 health!! cant wait to get these both trained up with int., blind, stun, knockdown ect.... oh and marring storm 3 of course...
