Just me andmypets?
Sharnaffs, Fambaas, and bolle bols. This with a GSP or two. To be honest, I'm always quite cautious in taking on anything serious with my pets, and this was true prenerf. I prefer bringing overwhelming firepower to bear on anything before risking a vit hit loss.
In a group?
You name it, I've helped take it down. I think the only thingmy PAhasn't encountered is a dark jedi master. We've taken down krayts, kimos, peko peko albs, nightsisters, in 4-6 player groups, with some pets helping out.

Sent in pet then used conceal shot 3x peace wiat 30 sec repeate.
Had to keep changeing pets and wait alot (took me 45 min) but hey I did it.

I was never a ch pre nerf, but now I have similar to above, never done a canyon krayt , only a Juve, Ive killed plenty of Giant dune kimos(never got a loot drop though , doh!), nighsisters and singing mountain clan, also done a pico albatross, solo'ed force crystal caves and the woolamander palace.
I dont use conceal either, but I have to say, I was rifleman way before I was CH(since UK launch), and its much better pve since i got MCH as well, never use em for PvP though.
Pre-nerf or post-nerf?
Pre-nerf - A juvi Krayt dragon. Used dual Graul Maulers, bleed shot, and Flame IV in the commando line. Have Novice Medic also, so healing wasn't gonna be a problem. Didn't take too long to do, and was actually kind of a disappointment. Tried the same tactics on a Canyton Krayt, and took a clone nap.
Post-nerf - A diseased nuna. Actually 2 Force Wielders on Dantooine. After leaving the force caves post-nerf, I had forgotten how mean the force-sensitive NPC's can be. I sent my BE'd gurreck in on the first one, and POOF!, he went bye-bye with the guy he was attacking. I bled the second and applied a few flame shots. Lasted long enough to get incapped, watch him destroy my bike, and as he walked over to DB me, the final flame DOT got him.
I have been pretty careful about the things I attack post-nerf. But, I've found that the only things I really need to be careful about (I mean realy think about attack strategy) are Jedi's, Force Sensitive NPC's, Nightsisters, Krayts, and Kimo's. In reality, how often do you find these when you aren't looking?
