Bear with me on this one gang...

After having been down the paths of MCH/MBE, I honestly believe that in order to make us more useful as players without having to resort to exploits, I offer the following suggestions:

1) More interaction with various classes, thereby giving them a boost as well as us. A BE can make you a pet, give you some color choices, but if you want further color changes, you'll have to go to an Image Designer. Food is already being provided by chefs, but perhaps they can make the equivalent of "Power-ups" where a pet gets ranged attack for a few minutes, or bonus resistances for a limited time. CH's can make a pet mountable, but I think you should be able to get saddles made by a tailor or perhaps an armorsmith, perhaps with the ability to have some storage capacity or armor capabilities?

The big one I have to suggest may border on heresy to many of you: The only way to make pets more valuable to us all is to do away with the concept of vitality as far as nickel and diming: Pets should be limited in the number of times that they drop. Perhaps it would better if BE's made Pet Buffs and Pet Rez kits, rather than Vitality packs. But like the Jedi originally were planned, three deaths and das ist alles (that's it). The reasoning behind this? In my lifetime, I valued every pet that I had, but their time had to come eventually. Pets are living things- they grow old and die. Perhaps in the grand scheme of things this might add another more subtle level of "realism" to this game.

And to give Rangers a boost, who better to bring your dead pet to to get it stuffed and mounted for your house? Give'em Taxidermy, for the luvva Darth! This rounds out a lot of classes in interacting with creature handlers/makers.

Agree or disagree, I wanted to make y'all think about it..and not just because I just lost a fish
