Thread: Finally i got my GPS!

after searching for 5 days, finally i fond a Great Plains Stalker... i was so excited to see one of these Legendary creatures.
He was standing on a hill... my handy begun shaking. he was hunting some Murrahs, and killed near a whole family of them. and then... i could swear he saw me... looked into my eyes,as he wanted to say "im sorry but i have to kill you". that was the Moment of total silence. than he begun running directly to me, after a hard fight i took him down. some seconds more and it was over.
i begun meditation to thank the nature that i was allive. then another spot came on the radar... a yellow one... a Baby!
this was the moment i have bin waiting for. I eat my almonds put on my clothing and started taming, it took 4 tames to get it!!

Congrats! I've been spending time at the end of each night the past week doing a search through the GPS lands.... if I'm lucky I'll find one spawn. If I'm unlucky, there won't be hardly any spawns of anything out there.
I don't suppose GPS are on a timer or something?

Yeah, 5 days isn't long to look at all, I have still yet to see an adult spawn searching on and off for a couple of months. Congrats, and try to spread some of the luck around!

Congrats on the new tame. 
And nice work finding one on a hill, presumably away from the water. I swear, if they ever add underwater swimming, there'll probably be more GPSs in the rivers than we're seeing up on land.

Wow .... many congrats m8 ..... you were very lucky .... most people search for many months ( like me
Which server are you on?
good question... they dont seem to even spawn on Tarq any more because the area they spawn is so heavily populated their. Glad i got mine though) and congrats of course to you.
I just wish i could play with my pets, I just moved and dont have a internet connection of my own so i cant play

Congratulations! Still don't have mine.
Is there a particular area in which you are more likely to find one? I still haven't seen an adult
I was told that just below where the three rivers meet is a good place (like an upside down fork), but still nothing.

I tamed a baby about 3 nites ago on Sunrunner. Total time spent looking for them has been maybe 20 buff sessions, not long at all. Ive noticed spawn rates increased since the last fix so I picked up the hunt just recently again for them and found him within 3 buffs. Location was just a lil over 1k NE of Coronet.

I had been looking for my GPSfor about 4 or 5 months and I've had the worst luck even finding adults. I got waypoints from swgcreatures.com and set up a search pattern. I had only found 2 spawns of 4 adults each in that entire time (about 350M apart). Then after the spawn increase patch I founda 3rd spawn and finally got my baby.
