ok this all might sound kinda dumb but lol
seems like theres alot of CH/Jedi now (I also have one), so first question is "petcalm"
I do not have that skill yet but, assuming it is usually used for agroing creatures, can it be used during a tame to keep a baby from agroing? If not might it someday be asked of the devs to make it so it can be?
just seems like a natural extension of a CH/Jedi and they should never suffer a bad tame with this skill lol
ok stupid question number 2 lol
I readthe veteran reward thread and am wondering can the no-decay kits be used on pets? and if not can we suggest they make it so?
we all have a favorite pet that we can hardly use for fear of vitality loss "even a couple of points hurts a ch lol (damn even an incap of my pets makes me sad :-) I would love to be able to do this. I'm sure many ch have they're first pet or mount still with em lol I do and might be nice to make it live forever.
ok stupid question number 3 about tef removal.
I shall assume since coverts will now have npc's auto agroe on them that if a ch is attacking a lair/creature's lets assume the creature from the lair warpsand our pets run after it (or our pets run away from an agro creature) and outside of our visual range/radar are npc's of opposing faction will they auto attack our pets if pets get within range??
If this would be the case can we ask that our pets not be factioned untill we use them to attack or are agroed do to guard status. this would also be a problem if overt and a pvper is just out of sight and hits the pets just to grief us with vitality loss
(I have had this happen in pvp, the ole pet inc'd with a flamethrower then gets up an inc'd again suffering vit loss each time untill its junk)
ok i'm done for now lol and yes if the community agrees that these might be things that interest them then any info or future info will be appreciated Vert

I'm not sure (since I'm not a Jedi myself, and I don't think this is one of the more popular skills among the players who do like that playstyle). My understanding is that the animal calm skill stops aggro once it happens, not that it prevents the creature from aggroing in the first place. I don't see why it shouldn't work on a baby, but again I don't know that for a fact. If it doesn't, it could certainly be asked for.
I readthe veteran reward thread and am wondering can the no-decay kits be used on pets? and if not can we suggest they make it so?
Don't know, but since the page says "item," I'm thinking probably not. This sounds like a really cool proposal, though, and I highly encourage you to mention it in the Benefits of Membership thread if you haven't already. I'll pass this along myself, too.
Don't know, but my guess is that aggressive factional NPCs would probably behave similarly to aggressive non-factional NPCs (like Nyax cultists, Tusken Raiders, etc). I don't think these currently aggro pets unless the pet or pet's owner has attacked an allied NPC, so probably not? Something worth testing.

why do I get the feeling no one has gone to the reward forums and asked for anything to benefit ch
even a 1 free tame reward or anything like that veteran reward in the form of anything concerning the ch profession???
its kinda sad :-(
if you dont ask dont be mad when the ch community is ignored
yea i know we are ignored now already lol but total apathy is unusual for ch, very sad.
