Thread: 500+ days in CH...and still Master. Why?

I kept CH all through doing my holos (made it tricky at times) and all through the FS grind and now into the jedi grind. I'm now out of other skillpoints to give up for jedi, and soon will cap my jedi xp and be forced to drop MCH at last. 
However, I've been working my alt up through CH so that my pets can still live on and serve a purpose.

No matter what I do, or how hard I try...I can't drop MCH as I'll miss pulling out all my extinct pets! First mastered elite on that toon was a MCH, and he'll have it until I quit =]
So much negativity going on in Profession forums, just thought I'd state I still love my MCH, and always will...no matter how hard we are "nerfed"

Here here......have the same feeling myself. Won't even drop MCH for Jedi.

Its funny you should mention "not even for a jedi". I've been MCH since about 2 months into live and when the holo craze was abundant i pushed and pushed to get my hands on one, i opend it up and i got *MASTER PIKEMAN* i looked at my skill points, looked at CH and then realized i would be more than happy to wait for the revamp. So, infact, i agree, not even for jedi. (as far as my feelings on the revamp ill leave that for a more negative thread 
)

I did the same...
However, if I ever tamed everything I could not stand the thought of not taming, I might consider for a short period. Howewver if i unlock a jedi slot i would make the new character my MCH first, then trade all pets, then grind jedi.

I love creature handling and can't imagine dropping it. When I am playing my non ch toon it's very difficult to roam around and see babies that I'd love to tame. BUT that is also the server my brother has a CH so all is not lost.
I love CH so much that I made a toon on Radiant that is going to be an all out MCH/MRM/NRanger

I have been a Master CH for well over a year now. I wont give it up...ever
If I was offered a jedi character for my Master CH...the answer still would be no. I am attached to the pets that I have. Not being able to pull them out would feel very odd. I also am a Rper and my pets are a huge part of my story.
Being a wook is hard enough...having a few furry friends makes me feel like I am at home

Yep, exactly. As soon as I found out how holos worked, I stopped looking for one. It never even occurred to me to give up CH for jedi. I still have the holos we were given for Xmas a year ago.
