what skill mods for CH have you seen?

When you use a clothing attachemnet that says -5 melee damage or soemthing, does it actually lower it by 5?

just wondering, cause alot of the - ones i see sell for quite high.

Wow- that's gotta suck. Maybe try placing it on a shirt or whatnot, and wear it. If it lowers it by 5, you can try to sell the shirt to some rich guy who doesn't pay close attention to the-
