Thread: No more babies?
Why the change to make it so the only way you can get babies is to slaughter the herd?
Is it really that bad if I want to run out, sneak amongst the animals and tame a little baby? I just think this is not a needed change since they are going to make it where you can not tame a "high" level creature or even "call" one that exists in your datapad.
I had alot of fun last night just running around taming beasts and was a nice change of pace from the constant combat of the game.

I agree. I spent somewhat like 8 hours over the last 2 days just running around looking for babies to tame. It is going to take a ton of enjoyment out of the game if they take babies out totally unless you attack a lair.
That brings another question to mind though. How are we suppose to tame babies if we attack the lair? Most MoBs poping out of the lair are Aggro from the start. Going to make it almost impossible to tame a creature if they make attacking the lair the only way to find a baby.
Personally I just think they should nerf the spawn rate of babies by about 70%. That will make it rare but not impossible to find a baby to tame in the wild.

That's 'cuz you're doing it wrong.
Once you've cleared the spawn, shoot the lair one time and one time only, then immediately hit PEACE and wait.
When the mobs pop from the shooting, since you're not =still= shooting it, they won't instantly aggro you.

highly accurate. you can typically depend on that for most of your information.
