I was on Dathomir ealier getting ready to take out some Gaping recluses and my Craggy Bolma decided to stop fighting. Needless to say that the spider went straight for me and deathblowed me before i could notice. I was too busy healing the poison. After I died, then the pet started attacking again. I also noticed that the spider was almost dead and my pet was at full health. Anyone ever have this happen?

It happens to me when I don't feed my creature. Pets need food as well

He more then likely got fed up with you not sharing the load so he stoped, and got a good laugh out of you getting DBed. Then he realized his meal ticket might be a little pissed and decided to make up for getting you DBed. Either that or it is a bug.

recently ive been having troubles with pets keeping their distance while fighting on Lok. Instead of going toe to toe my pet (gurrek/picket both BE) will stand back around 20m and fight. Viewing the combat chat shows the pet and target exchanging punches as normal but at times either my pet or the target will not show any animation at all, instead of walking or running animation they "slide".
The bug seems more common on hillsides than on flat ground but i have witnessed this behevior on both terrains.
Attempting to melee causes the target to disreguard the pet and go strait for the melee, using ranged combat usually but not always fixes the bug and combat proceedes as normal.

In a more minor instance, my Merek cavern creeper seemingly healed itself after it came towards me, one second it had damage due to poison (was attacking a wild nest with TMBs, trying to get a baby (got one a couple min later), and the next, it seemed to have healed itself mostly. The thing is, I never healed it or anything.

Judas Pet or Benedict Bolma?
This has happened to me a few times. This usually happens if a chase ensues between your target and your pet. If your target manages to run out of your pet's aggro range, the pet will stop attacking, but if you happen to be engaged with the target as well as your pet, your target will continue the engagement with you.
Because of this as well as many other useful purposes, I always keep a 'Follow' macro and at least one "Attack" or "Special Attack" macro. Should your pet break off attack, you can use the "Follow" macro to call him back and then, while still targeting your enemy, you can hit the "Attack" macro and your pet should continue it's attack, thus breaking the aggro off of you or at the very least, give you time to recover from incap.
Of course, as someone else suggested, if your pet is 'hungry' or wants to 'play' and is left neglected, then yes, your pet will leave you to the slaughter.

Yeah, this has been happening to me since the last pub. Not often at all tho, maybe once a day if that. I just tell the pet to attack again and it does.
