Why is it that when you have a lvl 12 BE pet and I am at lvl 20 I still cannot call this narglatch pet, how do I know when I can use certain pets!

I'm guessing that you don't have taming 2 or higher.

The Narglatch is an agressive animal, so you need atleast Taming 2 to tame it.
Is the skin that determines if the BE pet will come out as agressive or non-agressive.

i think some clothing or +mod tapes/aas will do the trick.
