Ok at what point do the MCH in this game just stop. How many things have to go wrong before we all just leave. We suck in PvP, we suck in PvE, we have worked way to hard to find the rare pets we do have. So at what point is it the last straw. When I became a MCH I was very happy, I can pull out my favorite cats and have them tank while I fan shoot anything that comes near my babies, but I did fine before I was a MCH. The true reason I find it so hard to drop MCH is because I like having pets. So there is the true crux of my problem I like it but what does it do for me in game? At what point do I say, I love my kitty but damn I also like being able to solo huge beasties without spending 100k on stims and pet stims. I think the point is coming closer and closer to me as the space expansion comes out. I just dont get it anymore. I have a datapad full of animals that I care more about than most of the players in game.

I am not doing a Dear John letter to the MCH board, what I am doing is saying is why complain when its not going to be fixed. We know its not, if you dont know then face the truth about SOE and their game tactics. We are nothing more than a montly source of income for a game that has been broken from day 1. A game that is going to be broken untill they stop supporting it. So we have a choice play the game or not, that is the only action a customer has. So if we all stop playing would they try to fix it, no. They would close the game down and work on another game to get us to try again. So either have fun or quit, But for the sake of the community stop the fighting. No matter how much you cry SOE doesn't care, No matter how good you polish TH's apples he is not going to help you. So post stuff that helps us all. Post the facts that can be had in this profession.

Here is an example, who cares if you have not gotten a Bull Rancor baby? I sure dont, would I like one yes. Am I going to cry and start a forum war to let everyone know that when I woke up on christmass day mommy and daddy did not buy the toy I wanted no, grow up.

Here is the flip side, Stop fighting with MCH that are just venting and looking for a little love from the community. Help them and try to give any information you have, dont act like you are higher on the food chain than they are. Do I want to stop the crying yeah, but if you are an adult you help the indiviual you dont pour salt in the wound and then act like you did nothing wrong you sadistic freak.

Oh and to the flames that are sure to come, I will only enjoy the fact that you are angry because I am right and you are worng. Its kinda like I am rubber and you are glue theory but with the forums its the only theory that will allow me to even visit from time to time.

I feel your pain. I was MCH for a year, always hoping we would some day become useful..I had mastered Bio-engineer twice so I could get a datapad full of creatures who look tough in the stat window, but were sadly ripped into nothingness on the PvP battlefield..all that hell grinding BE to master to make 13k HAM, 60% kinetic/energy, 90% heat, electric, and so on pets with strong poison..and when I go to use them, they are destroyed in a matter of seconds by a person who mastered their professions five times as fast and did not have to go to such extents to even come close to being powerful..and at less of a skill point cost. Though..the big problem with that is that armor and buffs are too strong, composite in particular..my 610-620 damage spat could not put a dent in any of those Robo Cop impersonating morons.

It was incredibly hard to drop CH..but I did it. I still come to this forum every now and then to see if there are any changes in progress that will make re-mastering it worthwhile..and each time, I am disappointed. /flail SOE

Sorry, but the Devs consider the current CH professionFIXED.

This time next year, armor maxing at 60%, buffs hitting 1000 if we are lucky and special attacks a rarity. Soon the Devs will have people grouping to take on Durni missions.

And while you cruise around on the Century Sparrow in space, no calling out your pets for company.

It is the Devs game to design as they wish though.
