I'm am ch 1/1/0/0. I just trained a humbaba this morning. When he is an adult he seems like he'd make an ok non-ch pet (HAM of 3800/3800/3800). Is he non-ch? How do I tell? (He level is of course shown as a baby, so it's like 1 or 2 at the moment.)
If he is non-ch, what's a good price to charge for him?

I got one of those early in my CH career and they'll grow up to be (IIRC) level 18 so they're not non-CH.

Hey guys. I'm not a CH, but I would like a humbaba mount. I've heard that this is a CH only mount.
Is it possible to either..
a. Get a BE one made that won't go over lvl 10?
b. Get a baby humbaba, wait till it turns lvl 11, have an NPC CH trainer lower it's lvl for me and then have a CH mount it up?
Thanks.

I don't think humbaba's are mountable at all I'm afraid (although I could be wrong - I've certainly never seen anyone riding one!)
Humbaba's are not one of the skins a BE can make - so again you are out of luck there (although a BE CAN make you non-CH versions of some other mountable pets like cupas, Carrion spats, etc which you couldn't use if wild).
Those "trade-ins"tonpccreature trainers are an attempt to "fix" overpowered BE made pets - they will only tradeoverpowered BE pets - not wild pets at all.
Sorry to disappoint.
Edit: Corrected minor error - Skins for brackasets and Banthas have minimum levels, so will still be beyond non-CH's

yep, humbabas are CH-only mounts, which is the very reason you don't normally see people using them.

A humbaba looks alot like a falumpaset which BE's can make. Also, there are wildplodding falumpasets that are level 10 which non CH's can use. Hopefully that gives you a couple of options to consider.

The "Savage Humbaba" is a tameable creature that can be mounted. It looks like an enormous and I do mean enormous, falumpaset.
It is by far the largest mount in the game.
There is absolutely no way for a non CH to use one. You can't stunt them or trade them in, and BE's can't make them. Its CH or no Humbaba for you. Sorry.

Greetings,
BE's can make Falumpasets which are mountable. Their minimum CL is 5, so a non-ch would be able to one.The Falumpaset is a non-aggresive skin, so appropriate CH skills are not required to control one.
A popular CL10 template for BE's is VD,VD,HP,HP,HP (in that order) with one experimentation point in Physique. (VD: Voritor Dasher, HP: Huurton Pup).
Good Luck to All,

Wow, I'm out of the loop for sure. I could have sworn I took plodding falumpaset missions a while back when mounts first hit the scene to get some in my datapad for non CH's. But I just checked and stand corrected that www.swgcreatures.com says that they don't have babies. Sorry for the mistake.

I think they used to be tamable, but were made extinct for some strange reason.
