I have just noticed lately that my pets are starting to just randomly poof again as I'm running along on foot somewhere or when I send them in to protect me from angry creatures thatI had poked for DNA. Is anyone else having the pet poofing/autostoreissue? Pets used to do thisquite oftenin the beginning, and then it got better.. but now it seems like it is worse again. I was just curious if this is just me or if others are having issues with this too.

The only time I have seemed to have pet's auto store on me is if I have a pet out when it is time for the pet to have a growth spirt. Don't recall it happening when I was using a fully grown pet, even if I had growable pet's in the datapad. Has happened a couple times to me but not alot.

This has only happened to me twice this year. Both times in the same place within hours of each other. It happened occasionally last year, but I rarely see this ever. Since I dropped a lot of Rifleman, I have been using my pets all the time. I have not had any autostoring since May, and that was the last time since late last year.

Are you making bug reports with approximate coordinates? These can help out immensely when they look through the logs. I don't expect you to make one out every time it happens but if you have a few minutes to spare go for it. Perhaps with enough from you individually, they can find a pattern. If you make quite a few out and someone else does also, then eventually they will squash all instances of this bug in the code.

Yeah, this has been kind of an ongoing issue. From my perspective, it does seem a lot better than it used to be. Generally I'll only have pets poof on me if I'm on a heavily stressed subserver (or sometimes on the edges of server boundaries, in combat). It's still our top issue, though.

ill never forget the time i was fighting a piket longhorn and both my pets abandoned me, leaving me alone staring at this big thingy with me only a pistoleer at the time. luckily, it had low health .
