Sry, I have for the moment decided against being a MCh(though after rebalance I may change that). I am on path to being Master Rifle and Master Pike. With my remainng skill points I can complete one tree. I was thinking of either the taming tree(to be able to train vicious creatures) or the creature training tree for the increase in stored pets. What are your suggestions?

That's the only tree that's a waste in your case. You'll not be able to tame truly vicious creatures with only one column anyways. Plus all benefits of that coulmn can be compenstated by bio clothing.

Here are other column with benefits they give you:

Training: Number of pets stored (That is the choice if you really like to have a lot of pets).

Empathy: Pet buffs. Embolden pets it's quite usefull and without that column can't have it.

Management: Ability to use 2 pets at the time. Remember that you'll have to use low level pets here, as their combined level cannot be higher than your CL.

Since you can allways ask MCH to train your pets and the best pets you can get are made by bio-engineers, I'd go either with training (if you want to have lots of pets) or empathy if you want to have a handfull pets but want to maximize their power. With only one column I wouldn't recommand management as pet level to use 2 of them would be too low.

Go with Training. You'll get the most stored pets that way. Just going with Taming won't get you to the serious vicious creatures (you'll only be able to call up to CL 24 with one tree) and you won't have anyplace to put them. Management is no longer the way to maximize your CH XP since they nerfed the second critter, so there's no practical reason to have out two pets, and if you do, they can only add up to CL 24, so again you're very limited in what you can do.
