Creature Handler Archive

As I understand it from the FAQ, bio-engineered pets are generally better than wild, tamed ones. However, I'm not sure I understand if I can buy the pet (deed?) or what. I've checked on vendors throughout the galaxy (weak, I know), but haven't found a single BE'd pet store. I've asked a few BE's I've seen around the starports, but I suspect they are AFK, as they didn't respond. Could someone give me some advice on this? Currently looking for a CL 70 pet (that's the highest for a MCH, isn't it?).
