I believe ( guys correct me if I am wrong here ) that a plus 10 should do it, as a wookie is able to tame one with no special mod clothes. Good Luck!

The BE clothes (of any value) do not enable you to tame anything you couldn't already train as a MCH. All they do is increase the chance of you taming successfully.
Basically as a MCH you can tame a Bull Rancor just fine. It may take you 20 goes though, it all depends on the dice roll

not exactly. They do not allow you to tame a level higher than you could normally tame. However "taming vicious" is not high enough for a non wookiee to tame a bull rancor at master CH. You will not even get the tame option without taming clothes.

Yes , +10 to taming vicious would enable you to tame a bull rancor. Obviously the higher the better, though, for your success rate. Most people get +25 taming wild and +25 taming vicious because that is the max the game will allow you to use.

My apologies. I didn't think the game required you to use BE clothes if you were a master.....

In my opinion, the game shouldn't require it at master. .....

Without my taming clothes I could not even attempt to tame a Bull Rancor.
With my +12 clothes I was able to attempt, When switching to my +14 clothes I got him on second try.
Species Rodian, so you should have no problem with it.
Long story short...
Had on +12 jacket attempted tame.
In middle of tame put on Ubese Armor jacket (Old habit from the days when babies were red and agroed just as much as the adults. Needed taming armor to survive)
Failed tame.
Second try was not able to attempt as no jacket on.
Found +14 shirt in droid and equipped, and attempted
Failed tame.
Attempted again and tamed.

Mine is a chef hat I had made that has the +25 to both on it. Sure does look goofy but at least I only have to swap out one thing before a tame lol.
