Thread: Buying pets off a vendor, ??'s

1. Yes only BE pets can be bought from a vendor

2. For a BE pet, it will remain a deed in your inventory until you undeed it, then it goes into your datapad ( most the time ) but yes you can hold pets that you are unable to control, you just can't call them.

I think I recall that only BE pets can be bought off of vendors, Is this correct? My next question is can I get a pet I am unable to control and hold onto it in the datapad until I am able to manage it? Just curious, thanks for any advice.

Um pretty sure can havein datapad and will jsut get the message unable to tame or something and not bring it out,had a pet outlevel me one time awhile back..

you can TRADE a pet (via the secure trade window) between 2 people's datapad, even if the reciever cannot control the pet. Note that if you're actually trading pets, both people must have room for 1 more pet in their datapad. Just drag the pet from datapad into trade window. you can even do this while the pet is called. I think it autostores.
